This is interesting. Caterers these days seem to be prone to offerings with trendy name but people do really prefer things on the list.
It’s true. The more unusual stuff looks pretty and sounds interesting but what gets eaten is what is familiar.
As an owner of my own catering company I am always searching for inspiration…but having said that, like the above comment I agree that “old school” comfort food is always a winner.
