  2. This is interesting. Caterers these days seem to be prone to offerings with trendy name but people do really prefer things on the list.


    • It’s true. The more unusual stuff looks pretty and sounds interesting but what gets eaten is what is familiar.


  3. As an owner of my own catering company I am always searching for inspiration…but having said that, like the above comment I agree that “old school” comfort food is always a winner.
