This feast is available at a price of $500 and will feed approximately 25-30 people.
Athenian Bruschetta – sauteed red and yellow bell pepper, red onion, and garlic mixed with feta cheese, fresh herbs and kalamata olives in a balsamic vinaigrette and topping chewy toasted ciabatta bread
Grilled Eggplant in Honey and Spices – garlic, ginger, cumin and fresh lemon, served with bread
Hummus – garbanzo beans, fresh lemon juice, sesame seeds and cumin with just a touch of garlic and served with toasted pita bread
Kalamata Tapenade – olives, fresh herbs, olive oil and garlic served with toasted pita bread
Greek Salad – cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radishes, Greek feta cheese and kalamata olives in a homemade Greek dressing
Morrocan Carrots and Mango – sauteed in garlic, onions, olive oil and spices this vegetable dish is different and delicious
Oven Grilled Vegetables – drizzled with olive oil and slow cooked these veggies are full of concentrated flavor 
Nutty Couscous – cooked in your choice of broths for extra flavor and tossed with cashews for crunch
Israeli Couscous – larger size couscous cooked in herbs and spices
Spiced Vegetable Couscous – hearty enough for a vegetarian main dish, garbanzo beans and vegetables are slow cooked with herbs and spices
Grilled Chicken Skewers – marinated chicken grilled to perfection and served with a feta aioli sauce
Algerian Lamb – slow cooked in fresh orange juice, cloves, allspice and cinnamon with dried fruit and topped with toasted almonds this is a lamb dish everyone will love
Kourambiedes – traditional Greek toasted almond shortbread cookies rolled in powdered sugar
Triple Layer Lemon Bars – one layer of shortbread, one layer of lemon cream cheese, and one layer of lemon custard equals three layers of delicious!
